The Safari Guild provides safari-specialist curators, tour operators and travel agents with independently created product knowledge on over 1,300 safari lodges, camps and operators. All product has been nominated for a Safari Award by Guild members ensuring quality and reliability. The very best are recognised by the Guild as ‘Safari Guild Preferred Product’.
Regular events, online and offline, help Guild members develop their product knowledge. Joining The Safari Guild provides access to detailed information, images and member feedback on safari products and their news and special offers.
Our membership levels ensure that any travel professional interested in selling safaris can build product knowledge and relationships through the Guild. We have different membership levels to accommodate the sole operator and the large corporate tour operator or travel agency.
Aimed at the solo travel specialist this membership option provides access to all Safari Guild services and data at an affordable rate. Membership is open to any travel related specialist selling safaris with a website featuring the safari content. Membership includes a listing and upto 5 itineraries on Safaribookers. There is a due diligence process and all memberships are subject to approval by the Management Team.
For travel companies with 10 or more curators the Corporate Agency Membership provides an unlimited number of logins for employees to access the Guilds’ services and data. Agencies do not need to sell safaris exclusively and should have been in business for a minimum of one year. Membership includes a listing and upto 50 itineraries on Safaribookers. Corporate Agency Members can also sponsor awards in The Safari Awards. The due diligence process includes the company documentation and last filed accounts and memberships are subject to approval by the Management Team.
For a company with upto 10 curators this membership option provides a corporate membership and upto 10 associated logins for employees to access the Guilds’ services and data. Agencies do not need to sell safaris exclusively and should have been in business for a minimum of one year. Membership includes a listing and upto 10 itineraries on Safaribookers. Small Agency Members can also sponsor awards in The Safari Awards. The Safari Guild welcomes partnerships with organisations that add value for our members. Partners are able to present to Guild Members, sponsor Safari Awards and join our online and offline events.
